Balancing Toner — Clear Blue Bottle

The texture is water-light and absorbs immediately, with no sticky after-feel. For skin that is oily across the forehead and nose but normal everywhere else. Willow bark provides mild salicylates to keep the T-zone clear, niacinamide moderates oil production, and the alcohol-free base means the cheeks are not dried out in the process.

How to Use
