Yes — a large share of our clients launch their first product with us. Our ready formula library plus private label turnkey service lets you start from 1,000 pcs with your own logo, artwork and packaging, without paying for a brand-new formula.
Yes. We sign an NDA before you share sensitive details, and for custom development projects we sign a formula exclusivity agreement — your formula is not resold to other clients.
Yes. Our in-house lab runs the full path: brief → prototype → sensory and stability testing → microbiology → scale-up to bulk production. You approve the prototype before we move to production.
For custom development, yes — the formula is developed for you and covered by a formula exclusivity agreement. For ready ODM formulas, the base formula stays in our library (that is why the MOQ is lower), but your packaging, branding and market positioning are entirely your own.
About 7 days after the brief is confirmed and the sample fee is settled. If the formula already exists in our library, samples can often be dispatched faster.

Yes. We review your proposed claims against the restricted and permitted claim lists of your target market before artwork is finalised. This matters most for brightening, anti-acne and SPF-related wording, where a claim that is legal in one country can be rejected in another.
Our products are not tested on animals. Vegan and fragrance-free variants are available on most lines if that is part of your brand positioning.
Typically 25–35 days from deposit and approved samples, depending on formula complexity, packaging availability and whether decoration is custom. The exact schedule is written into your proforma invoice before production starts.
Three checkpoints: incoming raw materials, in-process filling, and finished goods. Each batch keeps a retained sample, and the COA travels with the shipment so your market’s authority or your own distributor can verify it.
Yes, and we encourage it. Our GMP facility and showroom are in Huadu District, Guangzhou — visitors are welcome and we can arrange the schedule around your trip.
Standard terms are 30% deposit / 70% before shipment, by bank transfer. Other arrangements can be discussed for repeat orders.
Samples go by express courier; bulk orders ship by sea or air. We commonly quote FOB Guangzhou / Shenzhen and EXW, and can arrange door-to-door delivery for markets where that is simpler for you.
Yes. We can apply FNSKU labels and your required carton markings so the shipment can be received at the FBA warehouse without repacking.
